One of Laurens favourite things to share is her knowledge, in the hope to inspire creativity through mindful art.

Over the past 10 years Lauren has studied design and colour theory, learnt to grow cut flowers and develop her floristry skills. Along with a strong background in corporate sales at a high level, ensures Lauren can help you develop any area of either your personal creativity, or business growth. Lauren has hosted an array of workshops ranging from one on one private tuition, to group creative classes as well as speaking, and teaching at networking events for women in business.

Lauren’s focus is always on mindful arranging, with seasonal flowers and the benefit that brings to both yourself, and the environment. Being able to Immerse yourself in the creative process and switch off from the hustle of life is a wonderful skill to acquire.
